Before starting, we carry out a free initial assessment (subject to availability).

At NARP, the type of service does not depend solely on the client’s preference, but on what we consider most appropriate to achieve a safe, sustainable, and effective process.
Individual training sessions are designed for people who, due to their situation, goal or condition, need more detailed work and closer monitoring. They are also the preferred option for those who enjoy training with a coach dedicated exclusively to them.
Recommended in cases of medical conditions, previous injuries, mobility limitations or specific needs, where more individualised monitoring is essential.

We will help you move with greater control and precision.
Constant adjustments to loads, exercises, and progression, based on how you respond in each session.
Ideal for those who need, or simply prefer, more attention, more detail and a completely personalised pace.
Small groups of up to 6 people (other centres have groups of up to 9–10, but here we prioritise genuine attention).
Although you share the space, each person works with their own training programme, tailored to their goals, level and physical condition.
The sessions are planned in advance and allow everyone to progress at their own pace without compromising structure or quality.
The trainer accompanies you from day one: they explain how each exercise works, guide you through your progress and help you gain independence over time. This option is recommended when our assessment shows that you can join a group without losing the attention you need.
