Our history

It was the end of 2012, when I was working doing personal training largely outside, until a week of rain came which barely allowed me to work. To this was added the insistence, a long time ago, of a friend on the idea of having a place to train, and that turning point was given to start looking for a place, long before the boom in training studies, with hardly any references and without any claim beyond that of being able to work rain or shine.

I found a local, April 25, 2013, and there was no turning back. It was all trial and error. I chose a name that defined what you had to have every day so you could get out of bed and face whatever came your way. I thought I Needed Attitude, Resilience and Passion fundamentally. And little by little, without seeing it coming, more and more people began to come by word of mouth, and the studio grew and grew.

3 years later, March 2016, I opened the second studio, in San Pedro de Alcántara. And it continued to grow, while you were surprising not only what was being achieved, that really is the least of it, but what was being contributed, without being aware, to many people. I constantly saw that there were things to improve, and that there were many that could have been done better, but it was part of the process.

There were several colleagues who were working with us, and accompanied us along the way (Marcos, Marina, Antonio, Ángelo, etc...). Everyone contributed to us in one way or another, and now with Rafael, who felt the project as his own from day one, along with other colleagues, NARP-Training continues to move forward.

When you look back, you see that there have been many positive things, that you have managed to contribute to many people, and that you have left a mark on many, it never ceases to surprise you, even if that was what it had to be about. It is that internal commitment that does not let you go in another direction.
